The employees of the Energy Distribution have verified another explosive charge that blew off at one of the legs of the high-power electricity pole of the Tirana-Podgorica and Tirana-Prizren line.
The officials have considered this a terrorist act, as the charge was set 6 meters above the ground, and had been set off by a fuse.
This is not the first time in the past years that high-power electricity poles are attacked with explosive charges.
