Noises in Tirana, twice higher than in the EU

“Civil Resistance” has measured Tirana’s pollution, and the results are more different than the ones published by the National Agency of the Environment.
According to Civil Resistance, the norm is much higher than in the EU. Traffic is one of the main sources.
The citizens of Tirana have accepted their co-existence with noises so far, despite the seriousness of their health consequences.
The average noise level allowed in the EU is 50-55 decibel. In Tirana it is way higher, 72.7 to 97.5 decibel.
