The Nation’s Road was the first one that had a toll system, but it will happen soon with other roads as well.
The Minister of Infrastructure, Damian Gjiknuri, said that there is an ongoing study for the maintenance cost of the main roads. The results will help decide about the new toll payments.
The Commission of Economy has already approved 16 million EUR of loan for completing the Tirana-Elbasan construction, which is costing 44% more than the initial cost assessment.
