The Municipality of Tirana is paying special attention to the rural areas, in order to create equal opportunities for all children, in all areas of Tirana.
The Municipality is building a playground for children even in Vaqarr.
It is a recreation area for grown-ups as well. This is the 40th playground built by the municipality. Mayor Veliaj said that a new one will be added each month.
