The Muslim Community in Albania has won the legal battle against the persons that were dismissed from this institution.
The Court of Appeal abrogated the decision of the Court of First Degree and closed the case, leaving in power the decisions of the General Council of Muslim Community for dismissing former officials of this institution, Betim Truci, Ali Hallaci, Ilir Vokshi and Bujar Topçiu.
The four officials were dismissed by order of the community leadership and afterwards by the General Council Headship.
The decision for their dismissal took place after an unusual discussion at the headquarters.
