One person died today in Mirdite after being shot by his brother.
The 60-year-old Lekë Tuçi killed his 39-year-old brother Agustin Tuçi. The tragic event shocked the opinion of the entire area, while the police have started the investigations.
Preliminary reports say that the killer suffers from mental problems.
