The Minister of Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, declared that the energy production crisis might affect the Budget 2018.
The unfavorable financial position of the OSHEE might create a domino effect with the company.
The budget foresees direct funds for buying energy, but the situation will be followed step by step.
“If the crisis will continue, we will see for ways how to cover this gap”, Gjiknuri declared.
