The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy fined ACR Company with 56 million ALL for not realizing the investments.
Recent data suggest that the fine must be repaid by ACR Company within 20 days.
METE decision came after the inspections of the National Agency of Natural Resources, while a few days ago, the government decided to partially suspend its mining permit.
