A new branch of Red and Black Alliance is formed in London, where hundreds
of Albanians signed the petition against population registration on
ethnic bases.
The vice chairman of High Council of Justice, Kreshnik Spahiu, held a meeting with students and professors of “Westminster University”.
“The state must be stronger, because Albanian emigrants’ rights are truncated”, Spahiu declared, emphasizing that Albanian emigrants’ children are losing the Albanian language.
“The Red and Black alliance has a program for education in emigration”, he added.
