Karamelo: “More members to join new opposition”

After receiving his mandate as opposition MP, Ligoraq Karamelo spoke about a new opposition force and restructuring of the opposition forces.
Karamelo became part of the Parliament after replacing the opposition MPs who resigned. He was in the list with the United for Human Rights Party, which was in coalition with the DP.
“I represent my voters. We are a consolidated electorate. We helped the DP in 2017 and this is the electorate that voted for me to be part of the Parliament. As for the new political pole, we are restructuring the opposition forces. We expect new members”, Karamelo said.
