Holtkemper: Elections, no comment until OSCE report

The German ambassador Carola Holtekember declared that she will comment on the local elections after the report of OSCE.

“We will comment about the elections after we will have the OSCE report. Without that report, we cannot contest the electors’ will”, declared Holtelemper from Korça.

“After the voting process, there was a partial count and recount. Albania needs a new Electoral Code and the political parties to cooperate”, Holtkemper added.
