Head of Shales Commune in Shkoder District has wounded with a firearm a
person that is thought to be a relative of the Socialist Party candidate
who will run in the reelections of this commune.
According to the police, the incident happened after a fight over political reasons.
The actual head of the commune, Dedë Tonaj, was running for a second mandate.
