Hahn in Skopje and Tirana, but he will not meet Basha and Ivanov

As announced at the London Summit, the European Commissioner for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn, will attend an official visit I Skopje and Tirana on July 17th.
The visit comes after the decision of the Council to open the accession negotiations for Albania and Macedonia in June 2019.
According to the official announcement on Hahn’s website, the European Commissioner will officially open the preparations for the “screening” process.
The published agenda shows that Hahn will meet in Tirana with President Ilir Meta, Prime Minister Edi Rama and representatives of the Albanian government, but not with other political leaders, which he will do in Skopje.
In Macedonia, the Commissioner will meet with Prime Minister Zoran Zaev and Speaker Talat Xhaferri. However, he will not meet with President Ivanov.
