Gjoka Construction was officially declared winner of the PPP project for building the Arber Road.
Two other companies were competing in the bid, but were disqualified for not fulfilling the criteria, as regards maintenance, environment impact, social influence and deadline for completion of works.
The Albanian authorities now will have to negotiate the PPP agreement. After it is signed, the works will start on terrain.
