The fiscal cases that were bought by the small business are recognized as expenses, due to tax calculations.
This measure brings losses for the municipality and the communes. As result, the government decided to pay the refund.
In total, there are 2.2 billion ALL that will lighten the Municipal Units’ pocket, which will be subsidized by the state.
The Council of Ministers approved the proposition of the Finance Minister, deciding to refund the small businesses’ tax used to refund the value of fiscal equipments and taximeters for local administration units in 4 Municipalities and 13 communes.
The fund of 50 million ALL will be provided by the Contingency Fund.
