The Council of Ministers approved yesterday the proposal of the Finance
Minister for compensating small businesses for the equipments and “tax
meters” that measure the fiscal taxes for the local units in 21
municipalities and 25 communes.
This fund of 416,592,351 ALL will be given by the Contingency Fund approved with the 2011 budget.
The biggest part of the small businesses has installed the fiscal cases, but 25,000 others have not done it yet and risk facing fines.
In a national scale, 56,500 business subjects out of 82,000 in total have declared their taxes.
