The European Union appealed all Albanian institutions involved with a recent conflict regarding the interpretation o the procedures for the composition of th Constitutional Court to resolve the issue the soonest possible.
The reaction came through the Spokesperson of the EU, Maja Kocijancic, who said for the Voice of America that Albania needs to reestablish a functional Constitutional Court the soonest as possible.
Kocijancic said that the solution of this matter is essential for the Albanian people and for the effectiveness of the rule of law in Albania, and also for the country’s progress towards the EU.
