The President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker and the Enlargement Commissioner, Johannes Hahn, will visit Tirana as part of their Western Balkan tour. The message will be that of encouraging reforms that help with the EU accession.
It was declared that the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini, would also be part of the delegation. But it was recently made known that she will not be in Tirana.
Hahn and Juncker will visit Albania after Macedonia. They will arrive this Sunday and will stay until Monday.
The highest EU representatives will reiterate the reforms and fulfilling the conditions established by Brussels for Albania’s EU accession negotiations.
