The EU Ambassador to Tirana, Luigi Soreca, greeted the appointing of Olsian Cela as Albania’s new Prosecutor General.
“We welcome the election by the Parliament of Mr. Olsian Cela as General Prosecutor and the selection by lot of the members of the Judicial Appointments Council 2020. The implementation of the justice reform continues and remains a top priority for Albania on its EU integration path”, Soreca wrote on twitter.
