The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, and the Minister of Infrastructure, Belinda Balluku, visited the city of Durres to inspect the deepening of Albania’s main port.
“The Durres Port now receives ships only 7.5 meters deep. With the deepening we will change it to 10.45, increasing this way the capacity. This will have a huge economic advantage because there will also be more goods”, said a port engineer.
