DP: Rama throwing mud to the process

The Democratic Party called the latest stance of the Socialist Party as trying to throw mud to the Electoral Process.
DP Spokesperson Albana Mustafaraj underlined that the majority of Tirana citizens have voted the Democratic Party candidate, Lulzim Basha.
“The Democratic Party thanks all citizens that chose to speak with their own voice in these elections. The Democratic Party said it since the beginning that we would accept any result and would patiently wait the end of the process. These elections were free, honest and the most transparent ever held in Albania”, Mustafaraj declared.
“Rama, after giving the ultimatum for recognizing his victory with 10 votes, now is trying with all means to throw mud against the most transparent process in the history of our country. Now that it is crystal clear that the Tirana citizens voted in majority the Democratic Party candidate, Lulzim Basha, opposition leader Edi Rama speaks about cannibalism and masquerade”, she added.
