DP: Case 184 must be transferred to SPAK. It proves election manipulation in Dibra

The Democratic Party asked the Dibra Prosecutor’s Office for official information on Case 184, related to the elections in this local municipality, a case that was transferred to the Serious Crimes before the establishing of the Special Prosecution Against Corruption (SPAK).
DP says that the case should be transferred to SPAK since it proves the cooperation of a criminal group with the Albanian PM and his collaborators, Damian Gjiknuri, Saimir Tahiri, Ulsi Manja, Xhemal Qefalia, Pjerin Ndreu, Robert Aga, Dionis Imeraj, Valbona Sako apo Agron Malaj.
“On June 2019, the prestigious German newspaper, Bild, published wiretaps which clearly proved not only the criminal activity for stealing the local elections of Dibra, but also the fact that this criminal group was personally led by Edi Rama, the Prime Minister of Albania and MP Damian Gjiknuri:, says the letter sent by the DP General Secretary, Gazment Bardhi, to the Dibra Prosecutor’s Office.
