CoVid-19 update; Rises at 259 number of people affected in the country

The number of people affected by CoVid-19 has risen to 259 as 16 new cases tested positive in the last 24 hours alone.
Silva Bino from the Institute of Public Health provided the details:
“We inform you that ongoing field work to identify new cases and trace contacts of confirmed positive cases is ongoing.
“In the last 24 hours 152 suspects have been tested, of whom 16 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed.
“To date, 1823 suspected cases have been tested and confirmed positive with COVID-19, 259 cases. The average age of positive cases with COVID-19 is 50 years.
“The number of people who have died from COVID-19 in Albania is 15”.
