The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, is attending the political assembly of the European Popular Parties in Brussels.
On the first day of the Assembly works, Basha met with representatives of the EPP parties, foreign policy leaders at the Euroepan Parliament and European Commission, and at the Parliaments of member countries.
The opposition leader asked of their support to open the EU accession negotiations for Albania, as an aspiration for Albanians but also as a guarantee to build a democratic state in Albania, with divided powers, where the free vote is guaranteed.
