Democratic Candidate Lulëzim Basha was invited at a sport event organized by the Sport Service Agency that administers the “Dinamo” complex.

At this time of electoral campaign, the image that he has to show to the people makes him pay attention and shake every hand on his way.

After a long and problematic history of real estate interests, the “Dinamo” complex passed under state ownership and now there is a plan for its development.

This was convenient for the candidate Basha, who visited the complex to transmit a message about sport in Tirana. This time he was under the eye of all TV cameras, after a collective refusal by Medias to transmit images controlled only by their election headquarters.

“I will commit myself to strongly counterattack the rise of concrete buildings by creating sport terrains in every neighborhood, giving to the children the possibility of growing up healthy through sport”, Basha declared.

“Not everything on an electoral campaign is done only to appeal voters. The races should be seen as a competition that improves life. This is why the municipality will create sport terrains”, Basha said.

The democrat candidate expressed his conviction that he will have at his disposal the financial sources even after lowering taxes.

“Absolutely, the Municipal financial sources will be greater than now and we will have a strict work with the private sector”, Basha added.

On the electoral campaign launch, Basha declared that he will remove 60 taxes and local fees and that he will reduce the remaining taxes from two to five times.
