Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj will participate at a meeting
between the EU ministers and their Balkan colleagues, expected to be
held this Monday in Brussels.
The news comes from Kosovo media, according to which, the Kosovo representative was invited by EU Chief of Foreign Policy, Catherine Ashton.
According to these sources, the meeting will be held by the “GYMNIH” formula, without state symbols and assigned functions of the participants.
This will make possible the presence of both Kosovo and Serbian representatives, who have boycotted international summits lately.
