Many Albanians are leaving the country each year, looking for a better job.
However, there is another reality, that of foreign residents coming to work in Albania.
They are part of the Durres community, as they work in the fishing sector, with sports, culinary and other services.
According to the Employment Office in Durres, the number of foreign workers has increased each year. 300 have work received permits in 2018.
Mainly they come from Turkey and Africa in the fishing and cooking sector, where there is a growing demand for qualified workers.
