The Italian police arrested Genc Pjetri, 36, wanted by the Albanian police for a 25-year sentence given for a murder in 2003.
Pjetri was arrested in Rome, where he had been hiding for 12 years. The Italian police said he had avoided arrest by presenting false documents, but then he handed himself over.
Pjetri is accused for the murder of Hil Coili in 2003, over blood feud.
