Former workers of the Mechanical Oil Plant in Kuçove have started to dig around its ruined buildings for scrap metal.
Some of the diggers say that they are doing this in exchange for votes on May 8th elections.
The guards of this enterprise allow persons to dig, but not cameras to film.
Dozens of former Mechanical Oil Plant workers have been allowed during the recent two months to dig scrap metal out of this plant.
The director of the plant, Selfo Kapllani, is also candidate of the “Alliance for the Citizen” for this town.
