The Independent Commission for Qualification has interrupted the Vetting process for Adriatik Llalla.
The judge panel led by Roland Ilia, Pamela Qirko and Olsi Komici took the decision after received Llalla’s resignation note from the judiciary system.
A few days ago Llalla notified the President that he would withdraw from his right to be appointed Judge of Appeal.
The US State Department banned him and his family from entering the USA.
