Fine against the DP, Municipality Inspector: “My signature was forged”

The inspector of the Tirana Municipality, Besmir Karaj, whose signature
is seen on the fine given to the Democratic Party, has reported a
forgery of his signature at the Prosecution.
Karaj says he was not on service at that day, but has not made public the name of the municipality official he reported.
After the protest of the DP on December 8th, the Tirana Municipality fined them with 16.37 million ALL.
