Decriminalization, Naco writes to the EU and the US for criminal records

The Minister of Justice, Nasip Naco, sent an official document to the
member countries of the Council of Europe and the US, to ask information
abuot the criminal records of all Albanian people.
Naco declared that the request has been made for the decriminalization process.
“The collected information will create a database for citizens who have been tried for criminal and administrative cases. This initiative supports realism in practice for the decriminalization process”, Naco declared.
