Despite their daily meetings, Albin Kurti and Isa Mustafa have been unable to find an agreement.
The parties said one day ago that they were getting closer to an agreement, but nothing has been signed yet.
Sources say for Top Channel that the divisions between the two party leaders are very deep.
They are disagreeing not only about the President and the ministries that each party should have, but also on other topics as well.
Kurti and Mustafa haven’t made public these disagreements, but it is clear that it seems very hard to establish the first government without the former commanders.
