Albanian President congratulates Kosovo for agreement with Montenegro

The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, greeted the agreement reached between Montenegro and Kosovo.

“Montenegro, an excellent partner of Albanians”, Meta says, hoping that the ratification of this agreement in the Kosovo Parliament will bring a European spring for Kosovo and its citizens.
