The new admission scheme in universities has caused debates in today’s
parliamentary session. Prime Minister Rama answered to the accusations
of Jozefina Topalli about this matter.

The government leader said that the protest of high-school graduates was encouraged by former education directors that were punished for corruption.

Rama said that the new system cannot be corrupted and guarantees only merits. The PM added that all high-school graduates will have the possibility to follow their studies in universities.

“Those who are better are allowed to chose first. After these have chosen, there are nine other majors for others. There will be a second chance for almost every high-school graduate”, Rama declared.

The Prime Minister added that the accusations of the opposition are only political. As an example, he said that no rector was against the new scheme.
