Macron announces that the fundraising conference for Albania’s earthquake victims will be held this January

The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, confirmed that the conference with international donators for rebuilding the homes of earthquake victims in Albania is going to be held this January, in Brussels.

Macron appealed for contributions as he announced the fundraiser that he had already promised during the NATO summit in London.

“We are going to speak for Albania as well. I would love to send a solidarity message to the people of Albania and help them through a fundraiser conference by the end of January. There are dozens of victims and thousands of homeless people, and we need to help those families and the rebuilding of Albania”, Macron declared.
