UEFA fines Albania

The Albanian Football Federation was fined with 50.000 EUR, declared the Discipline Commission of UEFA this Wednesday.

The cause of such measure was the violent reaction of the Albanian fans during the match of our national team with France on September 2011.

AFF has considered as irresponsible the fans that have thrown hard objects in the field and have lighted fireworks.

The communication says that AFF is distanced from these unacceptable actions. The Federation concluded it declaration by thanking all supporters who follow our national team in a civilized way.
