Switzerland will keep supporting Albania, based on the cooperation strategy, until 2021.
The guarantee for this was given by the Swiss State Secretary, Ineichen-Fleisch, who was received in Albania by President Ilir Meta.
In this meeting, President Meta underlined the mutual interest for developing and intensifying the economic cooperation between both countries, and greeted the contribution of Swiss companies in Albania, encouraging them to be more present in strategic sectors.
Meta valued the relations between both countries and expressed his gratitude for the technical and financial assistance offered by Switzerland since 1992.
