President decrees Decriminalization Law

President Bujar Nishani decreed the decriminalization law four days after it passed ine the Albanian Parliament.

HoweverALthough it was published today, the President had signed it since December 18th.

The press release on the President’s website say he decrees the law and gave his consent for having it enter in effect immediately.
