Vangjel Dule supports he proposition of the OSCE-ODIHR report for
non-partisan electoral commissioners. After meeting with the head of the
Observing mission, Audrey Glover, Dule said that the report for the
elections is the most adequate.

“We value the proposition of the OSCE-ODIHR for non-partisan commissions of all levels. For the United for Human Right Parties, the political composition of the electoral commissions has always been the bad side of the elections. This should be stopped as soon as possible by raising awareness among voters and also through punitive measures of the most negative phenomenon of a process, the purchase of vote. We have the market of ideas in democracy, not the market of goods. Elections in democracy require citizens, not people who can be paid with 50 or 100 EUR”, Dule declared.

Dule said that the problems identified by the OSCE-ODIHR report should be followed by an absolute implementation of all recommendations in order to bring Albania out of the map of OSCE-ODIHR jurisdiction of countries with problematic elections.
