The Ministry of Energy and Industry has filed at the Prosecution a file
for the privatization of the Distribution System Operator, after an
audit made for this case.

The Ministry says the case includes investigations for favors during the CEZ activity, by failing to take measures in defense of the Albanian government interests, after CEZ had its license revoked.

After the audit made to these processes, IMEI says the damage caused to the state budget reaches 414 million EUR. Three former Ministers have been reported, Genc Ruli, Ridvan Bode and Florion Mima, together with two former Deputy Ministers, Enno Bozdo and Neritan Alibali.

The former advisor of the former Prime Minister, Suzana Guxholli, has also been sued together with the former General Director of Trade Services, Mimoza Vokshi, and other high-level officials.
