The Democratic Party candidate of Alliance for the Citizen for the
Tirana Municipality, Lulzim Basha, asked from the vote counters to not
be affected by the pressure of the close results between him and his
rival, but to pay attention to fulfill their duty in an honest and just
way.
“I have regained the lead of the race, but this doesn’t change my decision to wait the counting of every vote without delays and in full transparency”, Basha declared.
According to him, the voice of every citizen must be heard through the vote count.
