Top Channel has obtained a draft-regulation which shows that the Supreme Council of the Prosecution are about to evaluate the 27 candidates for the Special Prosecution Against Corruption, SPAC.
The draft-regulation mentions a presence of EU and US observers, who will ask questions to the candidates and will be part of every phase of the evaluation.
The regulation also explains some special techniques of investigation, especially as regards corruption, residential search warrants and procurement of evidence through foreign requests. It also has details about the way how Prosecutors make electronic surveillance.
