Albania and Macedonia will start the accession negotiations, but human right abuses have left Turkey waiting.
Top Channel has obtained the draft report that will be published this Tuesday. It explains the progress reached so far. The European Commission will recommend opening the accession negotiations with Albania.
Keeping and deepening this moment of key reforms in the rule of law, and especially as regards the five main priorities, will be decisive for Albania’s further progress, the report says.
Supporting this, the document says, the European Commission will apply the reinforced approach for the chapter of negotiations about the judiciary, basic rights, justice, freedom and security.
