For five weeks, every weekend, they will attend lectures from foreign and local lecturers.
Hospital directors who were appointed by competition are being trained in managing funds, human resources, crises, etc.
The hospital directors are supposed to be the best ones since this year they were appointed by competition. However, the Health Ministry admits that they need improvement.
“They were chosen by competition, but they need to improve the hospital services to do this. They need to improve their knowledge so that we don’t waste a cent”, the Minister declared.
