Health Minister: Special budget for ER

The Health Minister, Ilir Beqaj, answered to ER doctors that the new law
brings a quicker response to patients and does not affect their
service. The ER will now have a special budget program.

Beqaj said that ambulances have been misused and citizens will be calling only one number, then another center will distribute them. ER doctors will also be the ones to decide where the patients will be sent. He even answered to the doctors, sauing that they will be part of university hospitals.
