The Parliamentary session had harsh debates today even for the law that allows a registration of the addresses of immigrants.

The opposition was against the law, saying that the majority is trying to manipulate the next elections by going against the electoral code.

The opposition said the draft law needs to pass through the Special Parliamentary Commission and become part of the electoral reform.

The former ally of the left, the leader of the United for Human Rights Party, Vangjel Dule, joined the opposition and said that the draft-law damages the right to vote of immigrants, and it should be part of the electoral reform.

The Minister of Interior guaranteed that the right to vote would not be damaged. the law passed with 72 votes in favor, 27 against and 1 abstained.

The Parliament also changed the draft-law which foresees the changes in the way how the Public Television Director is elected.
