The Court started this Monday the case against a 39-year-old kindergarten teacher, who is accused of abusing with a child.
The Court accepted the prosecutor’s request to summon the child’s parents as witnesses.
The Prosecutor says that Alma Toska had beaten the child because he was not sleeping. However, the prosecutor has against him the other kindergarten teachers, who are testifying in favor of the colleague.
The woman who is still a kindergarten teacher says that she is innocent and this was made up by the child’s parents.
The beating has allegedly taken place in 2012, while it is the first time that a kindergarten teacher is being accused for an issue like this.
