Grida Duma from the Democratic Party said that Socialist MP, Xhemal
Qefalia, has received 6.7 billion ALL of public bids in three years,
after his party came to power.
“Prime Minister Edi Rama takes care of his friends and clients. This is how his people are taking Albanian money. Qefalia had a modest business in 2013, but after Rama came to power he has won 6.7 billion ALL in tenders for three years. Same as other persons, Qefalia is hiding behind the names of his nephews”, Duma said.
Duma said this is why the government has no money to build new schools and offer medicaments to people, because all the money goes to these people.
