Meta: Berisha doesn’t want integration

During the introduction of the Socialist Movement for Integration
candidates in Kucova, Ilir Meta accused The Albanian Prime Minister,
Sali Berisha, of paying 400.000 USD to a company for disinforming the
United States of America in favor of Berisha’s interest.

Meta declared that thanks to the intervention of the Socialist Movement for Integration, the government granted 5 million EUR for the infrastructure in Berat, but none of the investments was realized.

“America has given a visa to dr.Berisha, although he promises to remove the visa regime with the United States of America. And this happens because in any country of the world it is unacceptable to concentrate all powers in one hand. Berisha is not serious at all with the integration issue”, Meta declared.

Meta mentioned the integration issue in Kucova.

“He accused the Socialist Party of not voting the three laws, but when I proposed him a compromise that Edi Rama accepted, which was passing the laws now and let them enter in act in September. Berisha turned one deaf year and kept his old refrain by inviting us to vote. In fact, his concern is not the European Union integration of our country, but how to add new posts at the Supreme Court and create an Administrative College for the implementation of the Administrative Court law, with trusted people who will give more injustices than justice”, Meta declared.

Meta sees the June 23rd elections as the day of victory. He added that the Alliance for European Albania is the widest coalition that was ever made in these two decades of pluralism.
